Tile & Bathroom Arena is a family-run tile and bathroom showroom based at 273 Fore Street, Edmonton, London, N9 0PD. By placing an order through our website or in our showroom, you agree to the terms set out below.
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure product information and pricing is accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors before an order is confirmed. If the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before processing the order.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Tile shades and finishes can vary slightly between production batches. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before committing to a full order.
An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us by email.
We recommend adding 10–15% to your calculated tile requirement to account for cuts, breakages, and future repairs. We cannot guarantee identical batch matches on reorders.
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For trade account customers, specific payment terms may be agreed separately.
Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 48 hours. Items that need to be ordered in may take longer — we will notify you if this applies to your order. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. Failed deliveries may incur a re-delivery charge. Full delivery details are available on our Delivery page.
We accept returns on unused, undamaged tiles in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. To arrange a return, please contact us before sending any items back. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods and confirming their condition.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, including costs of installation or removal where tiles are found to be faulty. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the goods you purchased.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
