Returns

We accept returns on unused, undamaged tiles in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning any items. For damaged or incorrect goods, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Custom and cut tiles cannot be returned.

Professional Installation Recommended

We recommend using a qualified tiler for best results. If you're confident in DIY tiling, follow these guidelines:

• Ensure the substrate is clean, flat and structurally sound before laying.
• Use a notched trowel with the correct adhesive for your tile type and substrate.
• For large-format tiles (60cm+), back-buttering is recommended.
• Use a tile leveling system to prevent lippage on floor installations.
• Allow adhesive to fully cure before grouting — typically 24 hours.
• Add 10–15% to your tile order to account for cuts and wastage.
